  • 2009 StarCaps Case, Agent Angelo Wright and Attorney Peter Ginsberg defeated NFL in both State and Federal Court disavowing an NFL ruling to suspend NFL players Pat Williams and Kevin Williams.

  • 2009 StarCaps Case, SportsWest client Grady Jackson only player of 8 (Viking & Saint) players suspended for using weight-loss pill.

  • 2007, Sued Atlanta Falcons on behalf of then current Falcon player Grady Jackson /gained case settlement and a contract extension. Unprecedented!

  • In 1998, SportsWest Football client Ted Washington was the first NFL player to have a team designated “franchise tag” removed via legal intervention. This accomplishment paved the way for SportsWest to negotiate a contract making Ted Washington the highest paid player in Buffalo Bills history.

  • 1n 1992, SportsWest client Webster Slaughter was one of a group of 5 NFL players who sued the NFL for the right to have free agency. Winning decision was landmark and changed the negotiation boundaries of professional football.
