Community
Partnership Program:
The
Community Partnership Program links professional athletes with nonprofit
agencies and local corporations to help needy kids in our communities.
Here's
how it works:
We will connect you with a reputable nonprofit agency working in
your NBA, NFL, or MLB city or hometown. At the same time, we'll
set up a community foundation in your name. Several times per year,
you'll appear at a major fund-raiser to benefit the partnering non-profit
agency. Half the money raised will go to the agency, the other half
to your foundation, to be distributed to charities of your choice.
You'll also have opportunities for speaking, teaching, and working
directly with young people.
You'll gain:
-
The satisfaction of being able to help youth in need.
-
Hands-on business experience in directing a foundation and planning
and organizing special events.
-
Relationships with top corporate executives who serve on the non-profit
agencies' boards of directors.
-
Increased visibility, on and off the field.
Unlike
product endorsements, which can disappear with market whims, the
Community Partnership Program builds lasting relationships that
will pay dividends for years.
You
make the call
The Community Partnership Program for Professional Athletes makes
it easy to give back to your community.
We
provide:
-
Individualized programs--tailored to your goals. You choose the
agencies you want to work with, the amount of money you want to
raise, and the amount of time you want to contribute. We'll do
the rest.
-
Administrative support--you never have to worry about burdensome
paperwork. Administration, event coordination, and marketing will
be handled by the Nonprofit agency and/or foundation staff
-
Growth potential--you'll gain valuable hands-on business skills
and form lasting friendships with non-profit agency staff and
the top business executives who sit on their boards.

Seattle Seahawks defensive lineman Sam Adams recently raised $15,000
at his 2nd Annual Celebrity Billiards Tournament sponsored by Junior
Achievement and his foundation, the Sam Adams Earthquake Foundation.
Sam plans to distribute the money to organizations that are working
with children.
Learning centers have been previously established in New Orleans by Alex Molden
(previously of the New Orleans Saints) and in Buffalo by Ted
Washington (previously of the Buffalo Bills).
We
can customize a program that will meet your goals in any part of
the country.
The Community Partnership Program for Professional Athletes
a winning combination for all our children.
